Create Shopify Surveys

Adding a survey to Shopify is easy with Jotform. Start by building a survey from scratch or using one of our ready-made survey templates. Customize it to match your brand with our drag-and-drop, no-code builder. Then embed it in your Shopify store by copy-pasting your form’s unique embed code.

To get your survey’s unique embed code, navigate to the Form Builder and select Publish from the toolbar. Select Platforms from the sidebar and then search for Shopify. Select Shopify. You’ll see a code that you can copy. Once you have your embed code copied, go to your Shopify dashboard and go to Online Store > Pages. Edit or add a page, then switch the editor view to HTML view and add the embed code. Your customers will then be able to see your survey right where they shop — it’s that easy!

When you embed your Jform survey in your Shopify page, you’re giving your customers easy access to your survey. This means that they don’t have to navigate elsewhere or follow a link to another site to give their feedback. This can be very helpful for users who don’t have a lot of time but still want to share their feedback and insight with your business. Yes, Jform is compatible with Shopify. You can embed your forms and surveys directly into your Shopify store. Check out our helpful integration page for more details.

While there isn’t a direct integration that will send your submission data to your Shopify store, we do have a workaround. To do this, you’ll need to connect your Jform to Shopify via Zapier. With Zapier’s helpful workaround, every time a new submission triggers in Jform a new customer will be created in your Shopify account.

You can use Jform Apps to make an app that links to your Shopify store and any other relevant information or forms you’d like to include.

Technically, you could create an app with Jform Apps for Shopify and embed it directly in your Shopify store. This would make it easy for customers to navigate to help guides or surveys. Keep in mind if you’re planning to sell products through your Jform App, any orders placed through it will be handled through Jform, not through Shopify.
