Make sure you’re considering all your options with our User Contributed Checkbox widget, which allows your form users to add more answer fields to your checkbox list if the ones you provided were too limited. All users have to do is click Add Option, which will open a text box where they can type in the answer they want to add to the list — pretty easy right? You can later delete user-contributed options by opening the form in Form Builder and selecting the red X next to them.
