Started in 2018 and founded by a Palestinian husband-and-wife team, Nominal is a jewelry brand for those looking to represent who they are and who they hope to become. Nominal — which runs a monthly donation campaign supporting different causes — adopted Jform in 2024 to improve its supply chain workflow, internal communications, and customer interactions.
Challenge
When product issues arose, details were manually entered and sent across time zones. As a result, the workflow suffered from a 24-hour delay, miscommunication with logistics, and input errors, which racked up VAS fees.
Solution
Nominal now uses a fulfillment request form with Slack and Google Sheets integrations, so issues automatically flow to all teams. Jotform’s Digest Emails and Report Builder tools help Nominal ensure top-level workflow communication.

The form has eliminated the 24-hour workflow and most of the one-off requests that were resulting in thousands of dollars in VAS fees. Jotform’s Report Builder feature formalizes reporting around key trends, and auto-generates results fit for C-level presentations. Employees now have more time for valuable customer engagement.
