Windows 10 Home does not seem to support HIPAA compliance. As long as Windows 10 Pro is still supported, Microsoft claims that you can use it in a way that enables HIPAA compliance. There is no information specifically related to HIPAA or Business Associate Agreements (BAA) on the Windows 10 information page.

Windows Server 2008 is a product no longer supported by Microsoft. Some extended security updates were released, but the last one expired in January 2024. When Windows Server 2008 appears in searches, there is no further information shared regarding HIPAA or Business Associate Agreements (BAA).
