The HITRUST framework helps organizations demonstrate compliance with HIPAA and HITECH regulations. Qualtrics claims to be the only experience management platform that’s HITRUST certified.
Though there is no mention of a Business Associate Agreement on the Qualtrics website, a sample Qualtrics Contractor Business Associate Agreement can be found through a Google search.
