The ShareFile Help Center provides an in-depth HIPAA Support document with an overview of user responsibilities and ShareFile’s HIPAA features. The Help Center document also states that ShareFile with HIPAA support is available only with a ShareFile Premium Account. Per the website, customers must sign the ShareFile Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
