According to Microsoft, Power Automate enables HIPAA compliance.
Microsoft has stated that it enables HIPAA compliance by offering customers that are covered entities and business associates a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). This agreement covers in-scope Microsoft services, which include Power Automate.
This applies whether the Power Automate cloud service is being used as a standalone service or as part of an Office 365 or Dynamics 365 branded plan or suite.
