에 대한
Since 2005, GenkiJACS has helped more than 12,000 students from around the world learn Japanese while immersing themselves in local Japanese communities and culture. The school has five campuses: Okinawa, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Tokyo, and Kyoto.
과제
When GenkiJACS expanded from three campuses to five, the organization had to figure out how to grow without losing the personal touch that defines the GenkiJACS experience.
솔루션
Dmitry Ser, sales and communications lead at GenkiJACS, upgraded the school’s Jform account to Enterprise.
Features exclusive to Enterprise, like Admin Console Analytics, gave GenkiJACS teams the information they needed to identify friction points in their forms and improve form completion rates. Plus, unlimited forms gave staff the freedom to duplicate forms and refine them as processes evolved.
GenkiJACS automated several processes with Jform Workflows, freeing up staff time that used to be spent following up on missing materials.
결과
With more visibility into the student onboarding process and more time to focus on supporting students, GenkiJACS can continuously refine its enrollment and onboarding processes and focus on the personal interactions that make GenkiJACS special.
A force multiplier
Jform allows us to force-multiply what we do.
