Migration Steps

    First, determine your preferred date and time for the migration. Next, determine which forms you would like to migrate. You can choose certain forms to migrate or transfer all your existing forms.

  • Submit a request

    Submit a ticket to our team requesting Enterprise migration. Include your desired migration time, the forms you want to migrate, and the email addresses for both your standard Jform and Enterprise server accounts.

  • Leave it to us

    Our dedicated support team will process your request and ensure a smooth transition according to your specified date and time. Then, you can expect a confirmation email detailing the completion status.

    We migrate forms to the user account you specify in your Enterprise server migration request. That user will be the form owner on your Enterprise server. You can share the form with other licensed users on the server, or you can transfer the ownership of the form if you are on a non-HIPAA server.

    If your standard Jform account is HIPAA-enabled, your HIPAA forms will automatically be migrated, and you won't need to take any action.

    After the migration, you can make changes to your forms from the new Enterprise server. Changes made to the original forms at Jotform.com will not apply to the Enterprise versions and will not be displayed due to the redirect. We highly recommend that you work exclusively on your Enterprise server to avoid confusion.

    No, form assignees and their form filling/assignment history will not migrate over to your Enterprise server. We recommend that you inform your assignees that new invites will go out and they will need to create a new login account on your Enterprise server. The process for re-inviting users is the same. You can learn more about that here.

  • 저의 이전 Jform 계정은 어떻게 되나요?

    We will downgrade your standard Jform account so that you aren’t charged for it going forward. Any prepaid but unused amount as of the date of the migration will be refunded to the credit card you have on file with Jotform.
