계속해서 아래 사진처럼 유지되고 있습니다.
확인 후 정상 작동 될 수 있게 복구 부탁 드립니다.

Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I saw that you are under the usage limit of your plan, and the deleted date was successfully purged. So, I cleared your form's cache to refresh the form's usage limit.
If you wish to perform this on your end in the future, let me show you how to do it:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
