    Hi simifabre,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jform Support. Unfortunately, our Korean Support agents are busy helping other Jform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Korean, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Can you try removing and re-adding the Facebook pixel widget and make sure to enter the correct Facebook Pixel ID. This guide will show you how to do that.

    Also, perform the steps given under Testing Pixel in this Guide.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thank you for answer.

    The pixel is successfully inserted into the form, and as shown in the screenshot above, the event is captured, but the green 'recieving activity' does not appear, but the orange 'waiting activity' message appears. How can I change from orange to green?

    Thanks for getting back to us. The status is maintained by Facebook Pixel. We do not have any option to change these options from Jform side. You may check with the Facebook Pixel team to know more details on the different statuses.
