Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked the form and I see that you're using a Phone field to pass the value to a Multiple Choice field. Unfortunately, this is not possible. But you can do this using a Short Text element, and pass the value to the Multiple Choice field. Let me show you how:

• Add a Short Text element to your form.

• Click on Settings at the top.
• Go to Conditions on the left menu, then create an Update/Calculate field condition.
• Then create a condition similar below:
