When attempting to upload a file, an error occurs.

안녕하세요!

저희가 조트폼으로 신청서 폼을 만들어서 접수 받고 있는 중인데 첨부파일(pdf) 업로드 할 때마다 오류가 난다는 문의가 종종 오고 있어서 문의 글 남깁니다~

저도 테스트 삼아 여러 번 신청서 작성해보면 첨부파일 오류가 나서 업로드가 안 됐다가 시간이 지나니까 다시 되긴 해서요!

혹시 조트폼 시스템상 일시적인 오류인 건지, 혹은 인터넷 브라우저에 따라 오류가 발생하는 건지 이유가 궁금합니다!

또한 이렇게 첨부파일 오류가 날 경우 어떻게 처리하면 되는지 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다!

Thanks for reaching out to Jform Support. Unfortunately, our Korean Support agents are busy helping other Jform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Korean, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your issue. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I just cleared your form cache, can you check if that made any difference? If the problem persists, can you clear your browser's cache or try logging out and back in, or use a different browser? If nothing has changed, please provide us with the console report from the same browser where the error appears, and we will forward it to the developers.
