How to cancel a subscription

폼 이용을 7월 까지 하고 취소를 하려고 합니다.

7월 25일 결제로 취소를 하려고 하는게 취소 방법 안내 부탁드립니다.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Sure, you can easily cancel your subscription. It's easy, let's do it:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

4. There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue canceling your plan.
