How to disable login requirement when downloading submissionb attachment?

I can't download the submitted survey form. I keep going back to the login page....

Why do I just have to log in again when I try to download data? When you log in again, a page with a message saying an error occurred in Portuguese appears and closes. ㅠㅠ

Previously, when I downloaded it for mid-term maintenance, it worked fine, but when I finally tried to download the data, it didn't work.

    I need data quickly.

I would like to receive submission data for the survey form as an Excel file or CSV file
    . Is it possible??

    Please fix it quickly

    Hi suyeon3730,

Thanks for reaching out to Jform Support. Unfortunately, our Korean Support agents are busy helping other Jform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Korean, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. To prevent our system from requiring you to log in to view or download your submission attachments, we simply need to disable the "Login to View Uploaded Files" setting from your account. It's an easy process, but we'll need to do it on the desktop version of Jform, as this option isn't available on the Jform Mobile App yet. Let me show you how:

    1. Login to your Jform account.
    2. Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
    3. In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
    4. Now, go to the Security tab and uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files under the Privacy section.

As for your other question, I moved it to a separate thread to avoid confusion. You can check my answer here.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
