만약 업로드 공간이 부족하면, 기존에 제출했던 응답들이 자동으로 삭제되나요?

삭제한 기억은 없는데, 응답들 중에서 제출 자료가 0인 것들이 있어요.

Now, let me help you with your question. When the upload space reaches the allocated limit for your account, your forms will be disabled. You can free up the upload space by deleting the submissions. Please note that the deletion of submissions is a permanent action and the deleted submissions cannot be recovered in anyway. So, we always recommend downloading your submissions first. Now, let me show you how to delete the submissions:

1. In Submission Table, choose the entries using the checkboxes in the first column of the table.
2. Select Delete in the upper-right corner.
3. In the pop up window, select Move to Trash.

After that, you need to delete the trashed entries to free the upload space:

1. Open the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon.
2. Select Trashed entries.
3. In the Trash panel on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
4. Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
