Challenge
University of Michigan business systems analyst Torri McCray wanted a more robust alternative to Google Forms. She needed a powerful data-collection tool that was easy to use and had advanced features like conditional logic.
Solution
With Jform Enterprise, McCray can quickly customize forms, collaborate with fellow staff, and automate emails. She can also collect payments across the department using a single Authorize.net integration, solving a long-standing pain point for the university and saving “tons of money and time.”
Results
McCray has created forms that touch every department within Athletics, including academics, events, team management, and HR. Using Jotform’s no-code data tables, conditional logic, and workflow automation, McCray has optimized several processes. By using Jform Enterprise, the university is saving up to $50,000 per year.
