Challenge
YMCA Colombia faced challenges in managing applications and data collection for its international camp counselor and summer camp programs. The previous system involved manual paperwork, which was time-consuming, error-prone, and inefficient.
Solution
YMCA Colombia adopted Jform to digitize and centralize its data collection and management processes. Using Jform, the organization created application and interview scheduling forms, implemented automated approval workflows for tasks such as issuing certificates and tracking vaccination status, and leveraged Jform Tables for real-time data tracking.

YMCA Colombia significantly improved its efficiency and capacity. It increased the number of participants sent to U.S. summer camps from 120–180 in 2018 to approximately 380 recently.
