Jotform Tables allows you to edit the data submitted on your form in just a few clicks. You can use this to update entries or trigger workflows on your form.
To view your form submissions
- Go to My Forms and choose a form.
- Select Submissions at the top to open Jotform Tables.
- In Jotform Tables, use the search bar in the upper-left corner to find the submission that you’d like to edit.
For more information, see How to Filter and Search Submissions.
- To update a submission, perform an inline or entry edit.
Inline Editing
Inline editing is done by changing the values directly on the table. Simply choose the cell to update and enter the new value.
Did you know?
You can let your respondents update their submissions by sending them the edit link to their entries. To learn more, see How to Request Submission Updates in Jotform Tables.
Entry Editing
Entry editing is done by opening the form prefilled with the submission’s data, changing the prefilled values, and then submitting the form. To initiate the process, open the entry’s menu using the three-dot icon in the first column, then select Edit Entry from the menu.
Use this method if you need to initiate a workflow such as email conditions and integrations that are triggered after submission.

When I review submission, the "EDIT" formatted version is the only version I want to save. The 'print', 'download', and 'PDF' versions are different. But I do not see a way to SAVE the EDIT version.
How can the EDIT view be saved or printed?

Is there a way to send an edit form link to the person (Customer) who filled out the form (completed, NOT an incompleted submission) so they can go back and made edits, without also having access to other submissions that were not done by them?...

I have an entry that is not showing up on the google sheet integration. Entries have been made that are showing. Is there a way to update the connection so all submissions are written to the google sheet?

Hi my 2 Oct entry did not want to integrate with my Google Sheets - even if I do "edit entry" and resubmit and does not want to write to my Google Sheet. Can this be fixed please?...

Can another person edit the form after submission via approval flows and NOT from the submission table? I only want them to have access to the current form that was submitted, not the whole table.

From a product perspective, it doesn't make sense that as an Admin user, I can build a form with hidden fields, see the hidden fields on the submission table, view the hidden fields in the "view entry" mode, but then when you use "edit entry" from the same admin, the hidden fields remain hidden.
It is really frustrating and literally causes us to spend as much time providing required edits to the hidden fields as Jotform saves us in the first place.
Please expedite a product enhancement to at least offer some sort of option to either hide or show hidden fields.
From the user perspective, to have the fields remain hidden, when they DO NOT remain hidden in any other aspect of the Admin is incredibly short-sighted.
Thanks.

You should add the ability to edit the form in the mobile app. Not sure why this is an issue...

I can't seem to edit fields directly in the submission table for autocomplete address widget fields. When I change one of the multiple field values (I was changing the state), it doesn't save the change. I don't really want to re-submit the entry, just change the data on the table directly.

Is it possible to make this change by the person who submitted the form? In other words, I send the completed link back to the person, they fix what they need, and send the form back to me without my own editing.
