Rights and Use of Selected Soloists' Concert Video Materials

The copyright and ownership of all video recordings and related materials filmed and produced by the Organizer in connection with the New Year's Concerts shall belong exclusively to the Organizer.

The performance video materials provided to the selected soloist may be used solely for personal record-keeping and reference purposes. Without the Organizer's prior written consent, the selected soloist may not reproduce, distribute, sell, transfer, or otherwise exploit the entire video or any substantial portion thereof for commercial purposes.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the selected soloist may edit and use excerpts of less than five (5) minutes from the video for the purpose of promoting their own performance activities and professional career, including publication on online platforms such as YouTube, personal websites, and social media. In doing so, the selected soloist must ensure that the content or intent of the video is not distorted or misrepresented and must comply with any credit or source-attribution requirements separately specified by the Organizer.

Any use involving a video excerpt of five (5) minutes or longer, the publication or posting of the full performance video, or any other use beyond the scope permitted above shall require the Organizer's prior written approval.
